Nice hotel for the area. Beds could be more comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable (no hot breakfast options).
Didn't want to leave a bad review because I read that they have new management and are working to update the rooms. I must have gotten a room that was "not" updated yet because it wasn't that great. Everything was dated and the mattress was uncomfortable. The toilet was dirty and the bathtub had mildew in it. The heater in the room was Clanky and didn't have a set temp setting - just high, low, off- it sucked. Could hear everything through the walls. When the neighbors ran any water it sounded like a rocket. Internet was variable- don't rely on it. They didn't have anywhere specific to walk the dogs and where they suggested had goat heads everywhere. I paid $115 for the room and expected better. If I had known it was going to be like that I would have paid $60 for motel 6.
Great rooms, very good prices, the people are fantastic. Adam was very helpful and kind. You don't get this kind of service any more.
A great hotel literally in the middle of nowhere. If you're looking for a city hotel, this isn't it. What it is is a very nice hotel in the mountains of Utah. A short drive into town will get you restaurants, but this family owned hotel also owns the convenience store and restaurant on site. Beautiful scenery, quiet and a very nice modern hotel.
Amazing place. Staff is super nice and attentive. Hotel & rooms were super clean. Lots of little extras. Will always choose this hotel when visiting Capital Reef
