Parts of the hotel were a bit run down, such at the bathroom doors and dressers. Others were nice. I liked the bed and bedding. It was all non smoking. The kids loved the pool even though it was a bit small. They also enjoyed breakfast. The staff was nice. One of my kids had a broken leg and the front desk upgraded our room at no charge so she would be more comfortable.
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms with nice views and plenty of outlets (even some direct USB plug in), respectable "continental" breakfast (it included eggs, sausage and waffles), laundry machine, fridge in room and easy parking. Our sink leaked slightly but we only there for one night so it didn't bother us. Only bad thing was that the fridge tended to make a high pitched whine. My two companions didn't notice it but I did. All in all, a great experience for us 3 tired travelers after we had to cancel camping reservations due to thunder and rain.
Wow, never in my life have I seen such an incompetent bunch of people running a hotel. If you want to have your reservation lost, then double charged for your room then having to spend an hour on the phone fighting with these morons. Go ahead and stay here. Your better off at the motel Torrey or any other hotel in this town.
My stay was nice. the staff was polite and helpfully the room was clean and looked nice pool and got tub was refreshing.
Rooms clean, comfy, and had plenty of plugs :) I enjoyed using the hot tub and eating breakfast with my family.
